Terms of Service
Last updated: 6/17/2026
Secure Paid VPN is operated by E-Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New York, United States, with registered office at 99 Wall Street #112, New York, NY 10005, USA.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Secure Paid VPN's website, mobile applications, desktop applications, browser extension, APIs, and the underlying VPN service (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing any of our apps, or using the Service in any other way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and is only available in jurisdictions where its use is lawful. By using the Service you represent that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to a comprehensive U.S., EU, UK, or UN trade embargo (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), and you are not on any government list of restricted parties;
- your use of the Service does not violate any law, regulation, or order in your jurisdiction.
To use most features you must register an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at support@securepaidvpn.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The Service
Secure Paid VPN provides an encrypted virtual private network across a rotating set of exit nodes worldwide. You connect through one of the following clients:
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android (WireGuard, OpenVPN UDP/TCP, IKEv2);
- Desktop apps for macOS, Windows, and Linux (WireGuard with automatic OpenVPN TCP/443 fallback when UDP is filtered);
- Browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (TLS-encrypted HTTPS proxy scoped to the browser only).
We continuously change the underlying server fleet, software versions, routing, and supported protocols. We may add, remove, throttle, or modify any feature, location, or protocol at any time without notice.
3. Free Trial (Guest Mode)
The desktop apps offer a free guest tier with up to 20 minutes of VPN access per device per UTC day, no account required. The quota is enforced server-side per device fingerprint and per network /24, resets daily at 00:00 UTC, and is offered as-is without any availability or performance guarantee. We may change, restrict, or discontinue the free tier at any time without notice.
The free tier is intended for evaluation only. Use of automated tools, multiple devices, IP rotation, or other techniques to circumvent the quota will result in termination without notice.
4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are sold on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or other terms displayed at checkout) and are billed through one of the following:
- Apple App Store — billed via your Apple ID; Apple's Media Services Terms govern the transaction, including auto-renewal and cancellation.
- Google Play Store — billed via your Google account; Google Play Terms of Service govern the transaction.
- Web checkout — billed via our payment processor directly. Subscriptions purchased on the website auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for the equivalent term, until you cancel.
Prices, billing terms, and currencies displayed at the point of sale at the time of purchase are the binding ones for that transaction. We may change prices for future billing periods on at least 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address; if you do not accept the new price, cancel before the next renewal.
To cancel a subscription:
- Apple subscription — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
- Google subscription — Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions.
- Web subscription — sign in, open Manage Subscription, and click Cancel.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
For subscriptions purchased directly through our website, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase, for any reason. Email support@securepaidvpn.com from the address registered to your account within seven (7) days and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
After the 7-day window, refunds are prorated solely at our discretion based on the unused portion of the term and are not guaranteed.
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are handled entirely by the respective store under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds on transactions we did not bill.
6. Acceptable Use
We require that the Service be used lawfully and ethically. By using the Service you agree not to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights) in any jurisdiction your traffic touches;
- access, distribute, store, transmit, or facilitate access to any content depicting child sexual abuse, terrorism, or other content prohibited by law;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or any other form of unsolicited commercial communication;
- distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, or any other malicious code;
- conduct port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, traffic amplification, or any other unauthorized network probing or intrusion against systems you do not own or are not expressly authorized to test;
- circumvent the security or access controls of any system, network, or service;
- defraud, deceive, harass, stalk, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity;
- operate as a bandwidth reseller, a tunneling proxy for third parties, a Tor exit node, an anonymous remailer, or any other relay that aggregates third-party traffic over your account;
- resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service without our prior written consent;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our applications except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, and only after you have notified us in writing;
- disable, interfere with, or attempt to disable any device-limit, quota, telemetry, license-validation, or other technical control we place on the Service;
- use the Service to mine cryptocurrency, run blockchain validator nodes, host mass-scraping crawlers, or otherwise generate sustained non-interactive traffic that materially exceeds normal personal use;
- use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or interfere with any other user's ability to use it.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion. Because of our no-logs policy (see Privacy Policy) we do not proactively monitor user traffic; we act on credible third-party reports, abuse complaints from peer networks, and aggregate exit-node abuse signals (e.g. real-time blacklist hits affecting other users).
7. Concurrent Devices
A single account may be used to connect a limited number of devices concurrently, as displayed on your plan's pricing page at purchase. The limit is enforced server-side via per-install device identifiers — not browser fingerprints or hardware UUIDs that could identify you across services. Exceeding the limit prevents new connections until you sign out from one of the active devices; it does not disconnect existing sessions.
8. Streaming, Geo-Restricted Content & Performance
The Service may be used to access content that is geographically restricted, but we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any specific streaming service, website, application, or geo-restricted content will work through the Service at any specific location, on any specific date, or at any specific speed. Streaming providers, broadcasters, and content owners actively detect and block VPN traffic, and the result of any single connection attempt against any specific provider can change without warning.
Likewise, connection speed, latency, jitter, packet loss, and uptime depend on factors outside our control: your local ISP, the quality of your last-mile link, the load on the exit node you select, the route your packets take across the public Internet, and the policies of the destination server. We aim for high availability but do not commit to any specific service-level metric and do not offer service-level credits.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may temporarily or permanently take any exit node, protocol, region, or feature offline for maintenance, security incidents, abuse mitigation, infrastructure migration, or any other operational reason, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from unavailability, interruption, or degradation of the Service.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:
- you have breached these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
- your use of the Service is generating credible abuse complaints, legal demands, or law-enforcement contact directed at our infrastructure;
- the payment method associated with your subscription has been charged back, declined, or reported as fraudulent;
- continuing to provide service to you would expose us, our other users, or our hosting providers to legal, financial, or operational risk.
On termination for breach, no refund is owed. On termination for any other reason, prorated refunds may be granted at our discretion.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through:
- the mobile apps — Settings → Delete Account;
- the website — sign in, open Profile, and click Delete Account;
- email — send the request from the address registered to your account to privacy@securepaidvpn.com.
On deletion we cancel any active web subscription, mark all subscription records inactive, remove your devices, and scrub personal information (name, email, password) from your account record. Aggregated subscription history may be retained for legal and financial-audit purposes for up to seven years, in accordance with applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be cancelled separately in those stores; deleting your Secure Paid VPN account does not stop store-side recurring billing.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, source code, designs, logos, branding, written materials, and the "Secure Paid VPN" name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications strictly for personal, non-commercial use of the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Some of our applications are open source, and where we publish source code (e.g. on GitHub) the corresponding open-source license — not these Terms — governs your rights to that source code itself. The compiled applications you download from us, the trademarks, and the branding remain subject to these Terms.
13. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to credible notices of alleged infringement. Because we operate a strict no-logs policy (see Privacy Policy), we do not retain information that would allow us to identify which user generated any specific traffic flow, and we cannot remove or block content that resides on third-party servers. We can, however, terminate accounts of users who repeatedly use the Service to commit infringement when we receive credible evidence linking the activity to a specific account.
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to dmca@securepaidvpn.com. Notices must include all elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
14. Third-Party Services
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors, analytics providers, and your own operating system, browser, and ISP). Your relationship with each of those third parties is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, the availability of their services, or any data they collect about you in their roles. Where relevant, those third-party terms apply alongside these Terms.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our strict no-logs policy, what limited account-level data we do collect, and your data-protection rights. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, quiet enjoyment, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that:
- the Service will meet your requirements;
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from delays, viruses, or other harmful components;
- any defect in the Service will be corrected;
- specific websites, streaming services, or geo-restricted content will be accessible through any specific exit node at any specific time;
- any data transmitted through the Service will be free from loss, corruption, attack, or interception once it leaves the encrypted tunnel.
A VPN protects your traffic in transit between your device and our exit node. It does not protect against malware on your device, phishing, weak passwords, browser fingerprinting, content-level tracking by sites you log into, or any other class of threat outside the encrypted tunnel. You are solely responsible for the security of your own device, operating system, browser, and accounts.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Secure Paid VPN, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full; in that case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by your local law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Secure Paid VPN, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) any activity conducted through your account, including activities by anyone you authorize or permit to use your account.
19. Modifications to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practical, notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription before the effective date.
20. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual-property rights or restrain abuse of the Service.
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at legal@securepaidvpn.com with a description of the dispute and to attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
21. General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms presented to you at the point of sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and Secure Paid VPN regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreement on the subject.
