1. Acceptance

By creating a Secure Paid VPN account or installing our apps you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

2. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to violate the law, distribute malware, send spam, or attack other systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do.

3. Subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are governed by their billing rules. For web subscriptions we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, prorated refunds are at our discretion.

4. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from outages.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
